Not per individual SKU, but based on product families, unique product/document profiles, suppliers and implementation effort. After the Readiness you receive a binding price & wave plan.
Small, well-prepared files move quickly; larger catalogues get a phased plan per wave. Waiting time for supplier documents does not count as lead time — that work is flagged, not stalled.
We send one information request and one reminder. If the supplier does not respond, the item concerned is delivered clearly flagged, with concrete follow-up advice. Your project does not stay open indefinitely.
