- Which data do we process?
- Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and the content of your message. Via the Mini Screen form: company name, web shop URL, the link to your product page, email address and an optional note.
- For what purpose and on which legal basis?
- Solely to answer and follow up on your enquiry. Legal basis: performance of (pre-)contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Recipients:
- Vercel (hosting of this website) and Google Workspace (our business email). Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
- Transfers outside the EEA:
- Our hosting and email providers (Vercel, Google) may process data in the United States. They are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Retention period:
- A maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless an agreement is concluded.
- Cookies:
- This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask.
- Visit statistics:
- This website uses anonymous, cookieless visit statistics via Vercel. No cookies are set and no individual visitors are tracked.
- WhatsApp:
- If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp (click-to-chat), Meta (WhatsApp) processes your data under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use the content of the conversation only to answer your question.
- Your rights:
- You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Email info@mdcsystems.nl.
- Filing a complaint:
- If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
